Our Data-Driven Radar Graphs are based on Empathy Mapping, and we’ll explain how. For starters, we start with the RocketSource Empathy maps (see in our blog post: https://www.rocketsource.co/blog/content-marketing-roi/), which gauge the think, feel, say, do process for not only the customer but the employees as well. This is crucial because the mindset of the employees has a direct effect on the business’s ability to grow and provide satisfying experiences to their customers. Now, using an empathy map for both employees and customers is a great start, but in their nature empathy maps are limited in what insights they can offer. By pairing the empathy maps with related radar graphs we marry the qualitative to the quantitative, for the greatest possible insights.
