How fit is your cycling? How can you last on your bicycle? There are different ways to test your cycling fitness and ways to improve it.
First, do a series of the squat while bending your knee. Next, test your hip mobility. Do this while lying on the floor. Raise your leg one at a time at a perpendicular angle with the floor. Then lower it to the floor again to start. You can improve this by raising both legs then lowering them to the floor. Next, you need to check your shoulder mobility by extending your arm overhead then bend your elbow to lower your hand behind your back. Try to reach this hand using your left hand behind your back.
