Selling a house involves proper planning. You can’t list your house without planning how you should sell it. You need to hire a reliable estate agent, decide on how you want to sell and determining your selling price.

After you’ve done that, you also need to sign a contract with your agent. The contract will include every commission, estimated sale price, and duration of the agreement, advertising costs for the sale of your property. After that, you have to prepare the Vendor’s Statement (Section 32) for your property and Contract of Sale. Lastly, you have to advertise and show your products in order to attract buyers.
